My surgeon from Foothills Hospital in Calgary, Alberta provided me with this educational video to better prepare myself for surgery http://www.albertaspine.org/education.html Select Neurological / Surgical Procedures / Anterior Cervical Discectomy and Fusion. My surgical date is set for March 16, 2011. I'm expecting to be in hospital for 1 - 2 days. I will update my Blog as time progresses to provide interested individuals with my progress.
